TreadMe Shipping Policy
At TreadMe, we aim to provide reliable and transparent delivery options for all our customers. Please review our shipping guidelines below:
1. Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Carrier: All domestic orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
- Cost: We offer free standard shipping on all regularly-priced orders delivered within the United States. Free Shipping does not apply to pre-order introductory rates.
- Tracking: Once your order has been processed, you will receive a USPS tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
2. International Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: International orders are paid for by the customer.
- Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, package weight, and chosen service level (e.g., Priority Mail International).
- Duties and Taxes: Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
3. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and handed over to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Exception: Pre-Orders have an estimated ship date of 60 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your package is on its way.
